Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience as a host in a fast-paced environment
  • Food handler certification
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Hepatitis A vaccination required
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Smile and provide exceptional customer service and treat guests and coworkers with respect
  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • Manage the reservation system, greet and seat guests, set server rotation, and control the flow of dining areas
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s products
  • Uphold customer service and execution of standards
  • Keep restaurant workstations and surrounding areas stocked, clean, safe, and organized
  • Communicate effectively with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
