- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience as a host in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic mathematical skills
- Hepatitis A vaccination required
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Smile and provide exceptional customer service and treat guests and coworkers with respect
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- Manage the reservation system, greet and seat guests, set server rotation, and control the flow of dining areas
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products
- Uphold customer service and execution of standards
- Keep restaurant workstations and surrounding areas stocked, clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate effectively with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
