Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of event management experience
- Prior sales experience
- Ability to supervise part-time staff
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity in event planning
- Physical ability to be on-site during events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of event management experience preferably in Central Valley
- Prior sales experience
- Experience supervising part-time staff
- Exceptional creativity and audience engagement skills
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Strong work ethic and dedication
- Ability to work long hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM databases
- Preferred but not required experience with POS systems and bartending
Job Duties
- Work with and recruit promoters, organizations and potential partners to bring events to Valley Strong Ballpark
- Plan and execute large-scale special events to maximize revenue
- Oversee booking calendar for all events including staffing
- Coordinate event logistics with Rawhide Field Staff and Food & Beverage Director
- Serve as on-site point of contact for Hall of Fame Club rentals
- Solicit rentals through CRM database, social media, advertising and local events
- Develop creative event ideas to attract diverse audiences
- Assist Director of Food & Beverage as needed
- Secure sponsorship revenue for Rawhide Baseball games and manage agreements
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional content
