Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years background in event management preferably in the Central Valley
  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience supervising part-time staff
  • Ability to work long hours including weekends holidays and evenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Google Docs Forms and CRM databases

  • Minimum 2 years background in event management preferably in the Central Valley
  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience supervising part-time staff
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Ability to work long hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Google Docs Forms and CRM databases
  • Previous POS system and bartending experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage booking calendar for all events including staffing positions needed for each rental
  • Work with event booking partners to plan and execute all field-related events by communicating with Rawhide Field Staff and Food and Beverage Director
  • Be on-site for all Hall of Fame Club rentals as point of contact
  • Solicit rentals through CRM database, external campaigns, social media, advertising, local events, and tradeshows
  • Develop and implement creative event concepts such as themed dinners, speed dating, open mic nights, and murder mystery events
  • Assist the Director of Food and Beverage as needed
  • Secure revenue through new partnerships and sponsorships and manage execution of agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotion-driven content
  • Assist with Hall of Fame Club and concession operations on game days
  • Participate in other game-day activities as assigned
