Job Requirements
- minimum two years background in event management preferably with experience in the Central Valley
- prior experience in sales
- experience supervising part-time staff
- ability to work long hours including weekends holidays and evenings
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Google Docs Forms and CRM databases
Job Qualifications

- previous POS System and Bartending experience preferred but not required
- exceptional creativity skills and ability to engage diverse audiences

Job Duties
- manage the booking calendar for all events including staffing the positions needed for each rental
- work with event booking partners to plan and execute all field-related events by communicating with Rawhide Field Staff as well as Food and Beverage Director
- be on-site for all Hall of Fame Club rentals as the point of contact
- solicit rentals with our current CRM database external campaigns such as social media advertising and by other means such as setting up tables at local events and tradeshows
- conceptualize and plan creative events such as Valentine’s Day Dinner Speed Dating Open Mic Night Murder Mystery Event or other unique gatherings to maximize venue use
- assist the Director of Food and Beverage as needed
- secure revenue through new partnerships and sponsorships and manage the execution of those agreements
- assist the Director of Food and Beverage with Hall of Fame Club and concession operations
- work with the marketing team to create promotion driven content
