Job Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Hearing sufficient to understand conversations in person and on the telephone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to represent the company professionally

Job Duties
- Ensure guests are directed to their desired destination on property
- Welcome guests upon arrival with enthusiasm
- Obtain contact information and visit details from guests
- Utilize the work reservation system to make reservations, seat guests, and add guest profiles
- Monitor the flow of guest seating around the property
- Present a positive first impression with friendliness, excellent service and high standards
- Effectively communicate the brand story and provide information on all offerings and experiences available at Wente Vineyards and Murrieta's Well
