Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart
- Manage the flow of guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to their tables
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized host area and entryway
- Assist in setting up the dining area and public spaces, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere
- Coordinate with the wait staff and kitchen to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor dining room activity and guest satisfaction
- Help address and resolve any guest concerns or issues in a prompt, professional manner
