Job Requirements
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible schedules
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Job Duties
- Greet guest in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
- Monitor guests' needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly
- Deliver the appropriate number of menus and kid packs when seating guests
- Perform restroom checks, answer phone, keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked
- Practice safe food and beverage handling
- Communicate and interact with guests, handle crowds, and put guests at ease while they wait
- Show guests you care and ask them about their dining experience
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager as necessary
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including receivables
- Assist in marketing, promotional services, and situational selling
- Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed
- Manage guests wait times by working with managers to quote accurate wait times
- Assist in other job categories as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
