- 0-2 years related experience

Job Duties
- Greet guest in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
- monitor guests' needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly
- deliver the appropriate number of menus and kid packs when seating guests
- perform restroom checks, answer phone, keep lobby, bakery and retail areas clean of debris, and keep the general work area stocked and cleaned
- practice safe food and beverage handling
- communicate and interact with guests, handle crowds, and put guests at ease while they wait
- ask guests about their dining experience
- effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager when necessary
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately and account for all receivables
- assist in marketing, promotional services and situational selling
- clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed
- manage guest wait times by working with managers to quote accurate wait times
- assist in other job categories as assigned
- perform all other duties as assigned
