Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant restaurant or cashier experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy with POS system knowledge
- Ability to manage money accurately and make change
- Flexibility to work early closing shifts without late nights
- Dependable with exceptional teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Job Duties
- Greet guest in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
- Monitor guests' needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly
- Deliver the appropriate number of menus and kid packs when seating guests
- Perform restroom checks, answer phone, keep lobby, bakery and retail areas clean, and keep the general work area stocked and clean
- Practice safe food and beverage handling
- Communicate and interact with guests, handle crowds, and put guests at ease while they wait
- Show guests you care and ask about their dining experience
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager at appropriate time
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Assist in marketing, promotional services, and situational selling
- Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed
- Manage guests wait times by working with managers to quote accurate wait times
- May be asked to assist in other job categories and perform all other duties as assigned
