Job Requirements

Evening, weekend and holiday availability
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions
Ability to transport up to 30 pounds continuously during shift
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to move or push goods on hand cart or truck weighing up to 100 pounds
Constant standing and walking required
Ability to twist, bend, stoop, reach, talk, hear, see and smile frequently during the shift

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to stay poised under pressure
Exceptional organizational skills
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
Hold a current food handler card or in process of being certified
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Basic knowledge of the English language to understand inquiries and communicate instructions

Job Duties

Welcome every guest with authentic warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
Manage reservations and waitlists with grace, organization and clear communication
Create a seamless flow of service by coordinating thoughtfully with servers, managers and kitchen teams
Escort guests to tables while setting expectations and creating anticipation for their experience
Maintain an organized, polished host stand and entry area that reflects our elevated yet playful spirit
Handle guest inquiries in person and by phone with patience, positivity and care
