Job Requirements
- A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a true passion for hospitality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay poised under pressure
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask while maintaining warmth and professionalism
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but a genuine spirit of service is a must
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Hold a current food handler card or in the process of being certified
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
- Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions
- Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with authentic warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Manage reservations and waitlists with grace, organization, and clear communication
- Create a seamless flow of service by coordinating thoughtfully with servers, managers, and kitchen teams
- Escort guests to tables while setting expectations and creating anticipation for their experience
- Maintain an organized, polished host stand and entry area that reflects our elevated yet playful spirit
- Handle guest inquiries in person and by phone with patience, positivity, and care
