Job Requirements

  • A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a true passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay poised under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining warmth and professionalism
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but a genuine spirit of service is a must

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Hold a current food handler card or in the process of being certified
  • Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware
  • Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions
  • Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel

Job Duties

  • Welcome every guest with authentic warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Manage reservations and waitlists with grace, organization, and clear communication
  • Create a seamless flow of service by coordinating thoughtfully with servers, managers, and kitchen teams
  • Escort guests to tables while setting expectations and creating anticipation for their experience
  • Maintain an organized, polished host stand and entry area that reflects our elevated yet playful spirit
  • Handle guest inquiries in person and by phone with patience, positivity, and care
