Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have previous cash-handling experience
  • Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or obtain vaccination upon hire
  • Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6-month work experience in related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous cash-handling experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours or more
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months related work experience preferred
  • Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office

Job Duties

  • Greets guests and escorts them to tables
  • Provides menus to guests
  • Addresses complaints of patrons and reports them to Lead Cashier, Floor Manager, or F & B Director
  • Keeps dining room serving stations neat and clean
  • Assists wait staff in preparing beverages and expediting food orders
  • Takes to-go orders and packages food
  • Processes cash transactions and gives change
  • Helps bus and clean tables
  • Rolls silverware
  • Totals receipts at the end of shifts to verify sales and clear cash register
