Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must have previous cash-handling experience
Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours or more
Must be computer literate
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or must obtain upon hire
Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office

6-month work experience in related field is preferred

Job Duties

Greets guests and escorts them to tables and provides menus
Addresses complaints of patrons and reports them to the Lead Cashier, Floor Manager, and/or Food and Beverage Director
Keeps dining room serving stations neat and clean
Helps wait staff prepare beverages and expedite food orders
Takes to-go orders and packages food
Cashes out patrons and gives change when needed
Helps bus and clean tables
Rolls silverware
Totals receipts at the end of the shift to verify sales and clear cash register
