Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have previous cash-handling experience
  • Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours or more
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or must obtain upon hire
  • Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office

Job Qualifications

  • Must have previous cash-handling experience
  • Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours or more
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or must obtain upon hire
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • 6-month work experience in related field is preferred
  • Must be certifiable by the Cocopah Tribal Gaming Office

Job Duties

  • Greets guests and escorts them to tables and provides menus
  • Addresses complaints of patrons and reports them to the Lead Cashier, Floor Manager, and/or Food and Beverage Director
  • Keeps dining room serving stations neat and clean
  • Helps wait staff prepare beverages and expedite food orders
  • Takes to-go orders and packages food
  • Cashes out patrons and gives change when needed
  • Helps bus and clean tables
  • Rolls silverware
  • Totals receipts at the end of the shift to verify sales and clear cash register
