Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be able to carry up to 20 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greets and seats guests
  • presents clean menus
  • introduces server
  • treats all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • runs the floor chart
  • maintains section rotation
  • observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
  • takes guest information and quotes wait to guests accurately
  • cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area
  • maintains clean restrooms, windows, and overall restaurant appearance
  • interacts with guests as they leave to ensure positive dining experience
  • performs other duties as directed
