Job Requirements

- prior experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Greets and seats guests
- presents clean menus
- introduces server
- treats all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations
- runs the floor chart
- maintains section rotation
- observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- takes guest information and quotes wait to guests accurately
- cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area
- maintains clean restrooms, windows, and overall restaurant appearance
- interacts with guests as they leave to ensure positive dining experience
- performs other duties as directed
