Job Requirements

  • availability to work 2 to 3 shifts per week
  • flexible to work Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 10 pm and occasional weekends for special events
  • prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • committed to representing Bocage Racquet Club professionally at all times

Job Duties

  • greet and seat members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and club areas
  • promptly remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
  • deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to members and guests efficiently
  • assist with setup and breakdown during special events and peak hours
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • uphold club policies, health, and safety standards at all times
