- minimum of one year in similar role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively verbally

- ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators
- basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners
- greets and escorts guests, provides menus
- inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- collects payments from guests
- totals receipts at end of shift
- perform various other duties as assigned
