Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive guest relationships
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Understanding of food service industry practices and standards
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with basic cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and seating to optimize guest experience and service flow
- Provide menus and respond to guest inquiries
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
- Clean and organize the dining room and tables once guests are done eating
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Support upselling of beverages and menu items when appropriate
- Follow food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
