Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- maintains a current state alcohol serving permit
- maintains a current Food Handlers Card
- basic understanding of restaurant procedures
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to follow written and verbal instructions
- able to work independently and in high-stress environments
- able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- technology aptitude for point-of-sale and reservation systems
- able to connect and communicate with guests
- able to use suggestive selling techniques
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- able to perform repetitive hand movements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- manage party sizes and quote wait times accurately
- escort guests to their tables and engage with them
- assist servers by taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and restaurant entrance
- answer telephones and manage to-go orders
- utilize the Toast point-of-sale system effectively
