- Provides guest assistance: answers guest inquiries, offers menu information, and creates a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintains host station: keeps host station organized and clean
- Supports front-of-house team: collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Reports issues: promptly reports maintenance problems, safety hazards, and incidents
