Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain personal hygiene and appearance according to company standards
- knowledge of electronic reservation systems preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical ability to lift and transport items up to 15 pounds

- ability to handle challenging guest interactions professionally

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and graciously upon arrival
- provide guidance about dining options and general local information
- utilize electronic table management system to monitor dining room and guest flow
- explain the restaurant concept to guests
- record guest names and party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable
- maintain knowledge of floor plan and server station assignments
- provide estimated wait times to guests
- maintain professional and courteous attitude with all guests
- accommodate special seating requests when possible
- seat guests based on preferences and service station flow
- offer menus and inform guests of server names
- inspect tables for proper presentation
- relay messages to servers and bus-persons
- communicate guest feedback to management
- maintain supplies and cleanliness at the host station
- perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- attend mandatory meetings
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
