- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- able to stand for long periods
- knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- greet guests at the restaurant entrance in a timely manner
- answer phones with a smile and provide restaurant information
- manage reservations and assist with waitlist
- coordinate with wait staff to track table availability
- maintain organized flow of customers in and out
- ensure compliance with health and ServSafe policies
- stand and work for extended periods
