Job Duties
- Suggesting new menu items from limited time offerings
- Cleaning, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed
- Proactively assisting other team members without being asked
- Providing total guest satisfaction
- Greeting and welcoming all customers immediately upon arrival and verifying party size
- Seating customers appropriately and introducing features of the day
- Keeping hostess area stocked and clean
- Handling incoming telephone calls and taking to-go orders
- Maintaining a proper supply of clean menus
- Supplying customers with beverage suggestions and providing refills
- Resolving complaints and notifying management
- Collecting payments and handling customer feedback
- Bussing and cleaning guest tables
- Delivering dirty dishware trays to dish-room and stocking service area with clean dishware
- Packaging to-go orders ensuring 100 percent accuracy
- Completing sign-off process on all to-go receipts
- Expediting dine-in orders ensuring accuracy
- Preparing drinks for waitstaff to improve speed of service
- Performing other related duties as assigned
