Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk, squat, reach, use hands, talk, hear, see and occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Professionally answers all incoming phone calls and takes reservations utilizing appropriate standardized phone etiquette and dialogue
- Provides positive guest recognition and relations through personal performance and attention to guest history, including familiarizing himself/herself with regular patrons and VIP guests
- Greets guests in a timely and professional manner and escorts guests to tables
- Performs reservation confirmations
- Monitors the flow of the restaurant including table turnover, guest arrival, guest departure and pace of the restaurant
