Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age or older
- Ability to communicate in written English
- Must be able to stand for 8 - 10 hours
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification
- Must pass Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training
Job Qualifications
- Experience in beverage or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to adapt to a variety of guest service needs
- Ability to communicate in written English
- Experience using Yelp Guest Manager a plus
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification and pass RBS training
- 21+ years of age or older
- Must be able to stand for 8 - 10 hours
Job Duties
- Use reservation platform to track guest arrivals and departures
- Actively greet and seat guests and communicate their status to floor team
- Answer all phone calls, emails, and event inquiries
- Assist in opening and end of day close out as necessary
