Job Requirements

Part-time or full-time availability
Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Good communication skills for accurate information exchange with customers
Ability to maneuver inside the restaurant and office areas
Ability to operate basic office and restaurant equipment
Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders
Physical capacity to distinguish different tastes such as sweet and bitter flavors
Commitment to following company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

One or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred
Valid Food Handlers card required
Working knowledge and/or exposure to dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions

Job Duties

Working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality
Actively assisting fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests
Following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
Continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
Additional duties may apply specific to each position
