Job Requirements
- Complete and pass required training modules
- Know work schedule and arrive on time
- Meet standards for uniform and professional appearance
- Ability to greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to anticipate guest flow and coordinate seating
- Willingness to assist with meetings, banquets, and special events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and phone etiquette
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests in person and by phone to schedule reservations
- Assist guests upon arrival and coordinate seating assignments
- Manage flow of guests using rotation seating and waiting lists
- Maintain clean and organized host station and lobby
- Complete opening, side, and closing duties as assigned
- Communicate guest requests, complaints, and improvement ideas to managers
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned
