Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant including food and beverage areas
- physical capability for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
- ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- ability to tolerate varying stress levels, temperature, illumination, air quality and fatigue
- heavy customer contact experience
- availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Welcome and seat guests
- manage table turns and the waitlist
- communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- keep the host stand and entry area clean and inviting
- provide basic menu and beverage information
- help with light support tasks such as filling waters, running food, and polishing glassware
