- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival
- seat guests and accommodate special requests
- manage the wait list by recording guest names and number in party and providing estimated waiting time
- answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system
- inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
- take reservations
- be responsible for seating guests according to server availability
- wish guests farewell and invite them to return
