Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- energetic and outgoing personality
- ability to stand and keep pace for the length of the shift
- ability to lift 10-20 pounds
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain friendly and composed under pressure
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
- manage reservation and seating for an efficient flow of guests
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest satisfaction
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and swiftly
- stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting duties
