Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and cordial reception
- Escort guests promptly and courteously to their dining tables
- Advise guests about expected waiting times when necessary
- Seat guests according to established rotation procedures
- Distribute menus and provide clear explanations of food items
- Handle guest complaints quickly and courteously to resolution
- Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
