Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Must hold a Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- Must be able to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods
- Must be able to bend to obtain items near the floor
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance

Job Duties
- Seating restaurant guests by seating each section fairly and consistently to ensure customer service standards are maintained
- Must have knowledge of the menu and additional products that are served, including all beverages and daily specials
- Handle cash transactions with customers and collect payment
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets
- Provide excellent guest service to all guests and ensure the same for all team members
- Perform guest service duties as requested
- Maintain a fast pace for customer service needs
- Be a team player and proactively assist other colleagues
