Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Must hold a Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Must be able to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods
  • Must be able to bend to obtain items near the floor
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance

Job Duties

  • Seating restaurant guests by seating each section fairly and consistently to ensure customer service standards are maintained
  • Must have knowledge of the menu and additional products that are served, including all beverages and daily specials
  • Handle cash transactions with customers and collect payment
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets
  • Provide excellent guest service to all guests and ensure the same for all team members
  • Perform guest service duties as requested
  • Maintain a fast pace for customer service needs
  • Be a team player and proactively assist other colleagues
