Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet grooming and appearance standards
- Ability to comply with company policies and safety regulations
- Must possess or be willing to obtain food handler and alcohol awareness certifications
- Ability to maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times
- Basic math skills for financial transactions

- High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming by wearing proper uniform and nametag
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
- Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Assist servers in providing a pleasant dining experience for guests
- Assist cashier in collecting payments from guests
- Prepare end-of-shift cashier reports
- Pay out servers' and service attendants' tips as appropriate
- Properly take reservations for outlets
- Ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance
- Perform opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist
- Answer the telephone according to standards
- Maintain knowledge of room service order standards
- Know menus and current specials in all applicable departments
- Assist servers and cashiers in servicing guests
- Understand and adhere to state liquor laws
- Attend meetings and training as required
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
- Represent the company with good character and sound judgment
