Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 25 lbs
- must be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs
- must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- must be able to understand and communicate in English
- comply fully with the companys safety policies and procedures
- must be be available for regularly scheduled work
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the companys internal controls, policies, and procedures
- ability to learn and utilize computerized reservation, seating, paging systems
- ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Welcomes each guest with a smile and personalized greeting
- acknowledges each guest as they are leaving with genuine appreciation
- maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- maintains a businesslike, professional attitude at all times
- has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events, and other pertinent information
- seats guests in such a manner that they receive the best service possible
- answers telephone inquiries as per company policies
