Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- able to perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs
- must be able to stand and walk for 7 or more hours
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- must comply with company safety policies and procedures
- available for regular scheduled work and flexible hours including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Welcomes each guest with a smile and personalized greeting
- acknowledges each guest as they are leaving with genuine appreciation
- maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- maintains a businesslike, professional attitude at all items
- has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events, and other pertinent information
- seats guests in such a manner that they receive the best service possible
- answers telephone inquiries as per company policies
- helps bussers set and clear tables
- contributes to general housekeeping in such areas as the floor in foyer, windows/glass in front, host stand area, maintenance checklist, menus and menu covers
- knowledgeable of the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures
- must be able to lift to 25 lbs
- and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs
- ability to learn and utilize computerized reservation/seating/paging system
- must be able to learn and operate a Point-of-Sale system
- must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours)
- must be able to understand and communicate in English
- comply fully with the company's safety policies and procedures
- always follow the Company Service Standards model
- must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends
