Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate fluently in English
- have at least 1 year of experience as a host in a high-end restaurant
- demonstrate proficiency with phone etiquette and organizational skills
- possess basic computer skills including reservations management systems
- able to multitask and work efficiently in a team
- available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- able to obtain and maintain required licenses or work cards
Job Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English fluently and professionally
- 1-year work experience as a host person in a high-end restaurant preferred
- exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge including reservations management system, and food/wine service knowledge
- ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a team environment
- available to work all shifts including days, swings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for the position
- minimum 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide superior guest service consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating
- perform all duties according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure
- greet and seat guests
- assist guests with reservations via phone and in person
- assist managers with table management to maximize seating
- assist guests with special requests
