Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance
  • ability to stand for eight hours
  • ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience in a food and beverage position
  • experience with chain food and retail outlets preferred
  • friendly professional attitude
  • computer literacy especially in property management systems
  • knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
  • ability to multitask and communicate effectively
  • professionalism in guest and associate interactions
  • ability to market and promote services

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • offer prompt and courteous service
  • maintain dining area and supplies in guest ready condition
  • close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies
  • maintain safety and security practices and knowledge of emergency procedures
  • ensure guests receive the highest quality product and service
  • complete brand standard documentation as required
  • perform other duties as assigned
