Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-year restaurant and/or guest service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- ability to walk stairs, stoop, kneel
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- ability to push and pull approximately 200 lbs
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- strong communication skills in English
Job Qualifications

- minimum 1-year restaurant and/or guest service experience
- knowledge of hotel functions and guest profiles
- knowledge of local area attractions and dining
- knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
- business communication skills in English

- ability to develop and maintain relationships with guests and associates

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in the C' Restaurant
- manage dining room reservations efficiently
- perform barista duties including preparing lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks
- provide attentive and professional guest service to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- upsell and recommend menu items based on knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wines
- prepare food and drinks as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
