Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-year restaurant and/or guest service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
  • ability to walk stairs, stoop, kneel
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • ability to push and pull approximately 200 lbs
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • strong communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-year restaurant and/or guest service experience
  • knowledge of hotel functions and guest profiles
  • knowledge of local area attractions and dining
  • knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
  • business communication skills in English

  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

  • ability to develop and maintain relationships with guests and associates

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in the C' Restaurant
  • manage dining room reservations efficiently
  • perform barista duties including preparing lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks
  • provide attentive and professional guest service to ensure comfort and satisfaction
  • upsell and recommend menu items based on knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wines
  • prepare food and drinks as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
