Job Requirements

  • Food Handler certificate
  • Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year)
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate hosting software system
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Operates the hosting software system to schedule and arrange reservations
  • Manages customer reservations and greets and seats customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards
  • Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • Helps bussing and setting tables and performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed
  • Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
