Job Requirements
- Food Handler certificate
- Must be able to work holiday season (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year)
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate hosting software system
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Operates the hosting software system to schedule and arrange reservations
- Manages customer reservations and greets and seats customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards
- Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Helps bussing and setting tables and performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed
- Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
