Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable platform
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Motivated and results-driven
- Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties at the same time
- Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain presence at host stand and door to greet and seat customers professionally
- Monitor server performance for smooth dining experience
- Handle reservations and inquiries through OpenTable platform including VIPs
- Organize reservations and maximize seating and staffing efficiency
- Adhere to accounting procedures for transactions and maintain POS knowledge
- Maintain flow of service standards including seating arrangements
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
- Fulfill duties involving lifting tables, chairs, and highchairs
- Maintain cleanliness and presentability of menus and covers
- Uphold hygiene standards including uniform and personal grooming
- Adhere to work schedule and procedures for shift changes
