- Real ID or passport required to work at the Foundation and access the NARA building
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service
- ability to multitask effectively and cope with fast-paced activities

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile upon arrival and departure
- accommodates any special needs of guests such as boosters, high chairs, and disabilities
- maintains a wait list when the restaurant is full
- answers phones and checks messages at least twice a day
- takes reservations and takeout orders
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- cleans tables and work areas as assigned
- complies with all policies and standards related to attendance, time, and quality control
