Job Requirements

- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like carrying trays
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create a lasting first and last impression by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists effectively
- Use menu knowledge to answer guest questions confidently
- Coordinate with front of house staff to manage seating availability
- Seat guests while maintaining proper server rotation
- Process to-go orders efficiently using point-of-sale system, handling cash and transactions accurately
- Maintain store appearance in line with merchandising and maintenance standards
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Respond appropriately to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Keep host stand clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Assist servers and food runners as needed, including maneuvering heavy trays
- Deliver first-class experiences through attention to detail and teamwork
