Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience in a full service setting preferred but not required
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised for long periods and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills

- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb on a ladder, and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests ensuring a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists
- Use knowledge of menu to answer guest questions
- Coordinate seating with Front of House staff maintaining proper server rotation
- Process to-go orders efficiently and accurately handling cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Maintain store appearance according to merchandising and maintenance standards
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable laws
