Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Food and beverage experience in a full service setting preferred but not required
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
Effective communication skills
Able to work unsupervised for long periods and demonstrate good judgment
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication skills in English
Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
Positive interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb on a ladder, and walk long distances

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests ensuring a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists
Use knowledge of menu to answer guest questions
Coordinate seating with Front of House staff maintaining proper server rotation
Process to-go orders efficiently and accurately handling cash, credit, and debit transactions
Maintain store appearance according to merchandising and maintenance standards
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable laws
