Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
  • seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
  • manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
  • be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
  • maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
  • collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
  • familiarity with opentable and toast systems is a plus
