Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be available to work scheduled events
- Must maintain excellent attendance
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or related food service job experience
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Experience working in a casual and or fine dining atmosphere helpful
Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting guests and escorting them to tables
- Assists in scheduling dining reservations
- Ensure guest complaints are addressed or forwarded to a supervisor and or manager
- Assist dining staff in serving the guests in a prompt and courteous fashion including filling drinks and clearing tables
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Available to work scheduled events as needed
