Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand for extended periods and carry light loads
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of restaurant reservation and point-of-sale systems a plus

Job Duties
- Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests
- seat guests promptly and efficiently ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
- manage the waitlist assist with carry-out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
- be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
- maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
- collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
- familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
