Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests at clean and available tables, ensuring menus and cutlery are properly arranged
- Guide guests through the dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- Arrange tables, chairs, and place settings for groups with special requirements
- Ensure menus are clean, updated, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and wellbeing in dining areas
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Adhere to company security policies and complete necessary safety training
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Support team efforts to achieve common goals
- Respond appropriately to concerns raised by employees and guests
- Perform reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
