Job Requirements

  • No related work experience required

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and determine the number in their party
  • Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
  • Pull out chairs and place clean/current menus in front of guests
  • Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide assistance
  • Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings
  • Ensure place settings are appropriate with napkins and clean silverware
  • Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, practicing clean-as-you-go
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, guest safety, and well-being
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and report any incidents
  • Ensure professional appearance and maintain confidentiality
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests professionally
  • Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
