Job Qualifications
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- works well under pressure while handling simultaneous activities and maintaining a positive attitude
- strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our way of doing things
- knowledge of food sanitation and safety principles and practices
Job Duties
- Responsible for promptly greeting guests as they enter the restaurant
- managing the waitlist and reservation system accurately
- maintain standards of cleanliness and standards of service
- seats guests at tables, directing lost guests, and answering questions from guests
- support fellow FOH and BOH staff in duties as needed
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
