Job Duties

  • greet guests and determine group size
  • indicate seating by offering guests clean and available tables
  • remove chairs and place clean, updated menus in front of guests
  • guide guests through dining areas and assist as needed
  • move and arrange tables, chairs, and silverware to organize seating for groups with special needs
  • ensure appropriate silverware and napkins are provided at each place setting
  • check menus for cleanliness and updates
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with constant cleaning procedures
  • monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
  • comply with all company safety policies and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions
  • maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • protect company property and confidential information
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • ensure fulfillment of quality and service standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move, lift, transport objects weighing 10 pounds or less
  • complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
