Job Requirements

- ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods

Job Duties
- greet guests and determine group size
- indicate seating by offering guests clean and available tables
- remove chairs and place clean, updated menus in front of guests
- guide guests through dining areas and assist as needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and silverware to organize seating for groups with special needs
- ensure appropriate silverware and napkins are provided at each place setting
- check menus for cleanliness and updates
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with constant cleaning procedures
- monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being in dining areas
- comply with all company safety policies and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions
- maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
- protect company property and confidential information
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- ensure fulfillment of quality and service standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, transport objects weighing 10 pounds or less
- complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
