Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a private club, upscale restaurant, or hotel environment is a plus
- Familiarity with reservation systems preferred
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests promptly with professionalism, warmth, and a welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain an organized host stand and up-to-date seating chart
- Escort members and guests to their tables and present menus with polished service
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and managers to support smooth service flow
- Receive and place to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and warm service (tips included)
- Monitor dining room pace and assist in balancing table rotations
- Answer phone calls courteously and assist with inquiries regarding dining, events, and club activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entryway, host area, and dining room
- Uphold club standards of appearance, etiquette, and confidentiality
- Assist with special events, banquets, and member functions as needed
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, teamwork, and upholding club standards
